The company

The smartXtec Turning Dömitz GmbH & Co. KG is a small and medium-sized company in the metalworking industry, which was founded in July 2018. The company emerged from Kucharczyk GmbH & Co. KG.

We specialise in the manufacture of highly-sophisticated turned parts. This requires very high quality standards in manufacture and testing.

Our machines and equipment meet the highest technical standards and our measurement technique is based on total precision. Our employees are highly qualified and we have been training our own workers since 1998.

Medium and mass production of complex and complicated turned parts
Small and medium production of complex and complicated CNC turned parts
The main materials we use are free-cutting steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum
Also assembly of components from the manufactured turned parts, at the customer's request
Finishing processes for products, such as heat treatment, sanding and electroplating, in conjunction with reliable partner companies
Collaboration in the development and further development of our customer's products
